At Ongsho Cloud, we are committed to providing quality hosting and cloud services with transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for our products and services.

1. Domain Services

All domain-related services are non-refundable. This includes:

  1. Domain Registration: Once purchased, domain registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. Domain Renewal: Renewal payments are final and cannot be refunded.
  3. Domain Transfer: Domain transfer charges are non-refundable once the process begins.

Once a domain purchase or renewal is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to registry-level policies and automated processing.

2. License-Based Products

Any service or product that includes a software license or third-party license activation is not eligible for refund. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hosting Licence: cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Virtualizor, WHMCS, SolusVM
  • Security Licence: Imunify360, CXS, OSM, MSFE, KernelCare
  • Addons Licence: DAReseller, JetBackup, SitePad, Softaculous, WHMReseller

Once a license is activated, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. Cloud Drive, VPS & Dedicated Server Services

We offer a Refund Guarantee for:

  • Cloud Drive
  • VPS (Virtual Private Server)
  • Dedicated Server Hosting

Customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase only if the service is not as described or has unresolved technical issues.

Refund Conditions:

A refund will be accepted when:

  • There are persistent technical issues from our side.
  • The customer has cooperated with our support to troubleshoot issues.
  • The service has not violated our Terms of Service (TOS).

A refund will be accepted when:

  • The customer has misused resources, caused abuse, or violated policies.
  • The server was used for high-risk activities, illegal operations, or spamming.
  • The refund request was made after the allowed period (7 days).

4. Payment Processing Charges

Refunds, if approved, will exclude payment gateway or transaction processing fees, as these fees are non-refundable by payment processors.

5. How to Request a Refund

Ongsho Cloud reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest policy version.
